Basic Training:
Instructions include how to dispatch using the dispatch screen with tabs, complete a Reservation using the Long Reservation Form, how to search for reservations quickly, quoting from the “RATE” button, Adding and linking accounts together, and taking Payments.
Advanced Training:
Basic Training plus: Deep Dive on the learning the system; Accounts Section, Invoicing, Managing and running reports, memos, payables for drivers, affiliates, agents, and networking with affiliates.
Employee Training:
Specialized training for reservationists, accounting/billing, and dispatchers. Instruction includes shortcuts with your computer to make you more efficient at what you do. We’ll conduct a question-and-answer session to ensure your employee has retained the information and is able to perform the tasks that were taught.
Increasing Farm-In/Farm-out Work:
Instruction includes how to grow your farm-out business, teaching you the best practices such as how to upsell your clients, using ReadBack scripts to remind reservationist to ask for the sell, steps to quoting your clients correctly, best practices to keeping track of quoted pricing per reservation using reservation status’, and full farm-out training. I’ll also teach you how to build your farm-in business.
Custom Forms
The plan includes setting up custom forms for your confirmations, invoices, driver trip sheets, Affiliate Trip Sheets, payment receipts, Invoicing and more!

Setting up personalized contracts and authorization forms allows you to easily send out an electronic document to your clients for them to agree to, sign, and add their credit card details, which will be emailed directly to you to better prevent a chargeback. You’ll have the ability to send your corporate customers a CC declined form, so they can update their card. You’ll be able to also send out these forms on invoices as well, in the event a client wants to book multiple vehicles and you prefer to get a signed rental agreement to cover the entire event.
Notifications allow your system to automatically send out reminders to your clients for their upcoming trips. SMS and Email notifications also enables your system to send automated text messages to your clients introducing them to their drivers and keeps them updated with your driver’s progress. We can also set up admin, booking and billing information for specific accounts, so they are provided specific information your passengers may not need to have.

The plan includes setting up your early morning fees, fluctuating percentage fees based on vehicle type (Fuel Fee), holiday fees or other fees that may be triggered based on the reservation criteria.
